Work follows transformation of former Maserati dealership into existing use
Baltimore, MD (August 22, 2017) – The Mullan Contracting recently completed the addition of a 1,700 square foot service drive onto an existing MINI of Baltimore County automobile dealership, located at 720 Kenilworth Avenue in the Towson section of Baltimore County. Last year, Mullan Contracting successfully retrofitted the 7,920 square foot structure from a Maserati dealership and service facility into its existing use in twenty-six days. The dealership is owned and operated by Priority 1 Automotive Group.
“We have tremendous confidence in Mullan Contracting’s ability to successfully complete any job to our complete satisfaction, as demonstrated numerous times,” explained Marc Cohen, Vice President for Priority 1 Automotive Group. “This latest effort was completed seamlessly, with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations.”
The new service drive was required to increase the volume of customers that MINI of Baltimore County could assist on a daily basis.
Last year’s dealership retrofit involved the covering of a silver alucobond panels with black 3M film that matched the MINI brand. The interior tile flooring was also replaced with a black color scheme, which involved a saw-cutting process, and the movement of data wiring and systems to accommodate new programs. Construction was also completed to build new offices and create more open space. The entire interior space was also repainted.
